  • HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE ?
    ​Once you have placed your order you will receive an estimated delivery date* *If you have ordered one of our personalised frames please allow between 2-4 weeks for delivery.
  • HOW MUCH WILL MY DELIVERY COST?
    Frames: ​MAINLAND UK:  Standard Delivery - Track and sign - Free   Chosen day delivery - £10.00 NON-MAINLAND UK:  Highlands & Islands of Scotland - £16.95 Northern Ireland - £16.95 Other UK Islands - £16.95 Everything else: MAINLAND UK:  Standard Delivery - Track and sign - £3.99 Chosen day delivery - £10.00 NON-MAINLAND UK:  Highlands & Islands of Scotland - £16.95 Northern Ireland - £16.95 Other UK Islands - £16.95
  • IS MY PACKAGE INSURED, AND DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR THE ORDER?"
    Frames purchases are insured against accidental damage whilst in transit from Kara Creations to your shipping address. Once your package has been signed for at your specified delivery address, it is no longer covered.  All other products unless otherwise stated will be sent via Royal Mail standard post 
  • CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED ?
    You have 48hrs to cancel your order *** unfortunately, after this time we are unable to accept cancellations as work will have commenced to create your bespoke product. Due to the personalisation of the product, changes are limited depending on the product chosen e.g to the colour of the frame and the colour of your chosen tiles if applicable.  If you notice any errors or typos in your order confirmation please contact us urgently via WhatsApp or e-mail us with your order number and correction. 
  • HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHNAGE AN ITEM ?
    As many of our product are personalised and made-to-order to your specific requirements, we are unable to accept returns once the delivery date is confirmed; However if you receive an item that is damaged during transit please contact us and we will arrange for return postage and a refund or exchange to be processed.  ​ *Please note: Delivery date will vary depending on the quality of photographs you send us.  **Chosen day delivery is only available once we have confirmed the suitability of your photograph.  ***Cancellation is only available if your delivery date hasn’t been specified as urgent.
